Večer says ECB in blind alley, warns of risks to Slovenia

Ljubljana, 20 July - Večer writes the European Central Bank (ECB) has found itself in a blind alley because it can no longer reduce interest rates as its strongest weapon along with "making money out of nothing". The newspaper warns of potential risks to Slovenia in particular given the prospect of recession in Germany.
