First insurer faces compulsory wind-up

Ljubljana, 22 July - The Insurance Supervision Agency has launched a compulsory winding up procedure for insurer CDA 40, which specialises in surety bonds, over ownership issues. This is the first such procedure against an insurer in Slovenia.
