Večer speculates about ruling party's chances in local polls

Ljubljana, 25 July - The newspaper Večer writes about the November local elections in Monday's commentary, noting that long-serving mayors as a rule have an advantage and the usual divide between the left and right end of the political spectrum is less pronounced at the local level. It also says that this time the polls may be tauter and more acrimonious.
