More than dozen injured in mining accident in Velenje

Velenje, 26 July - Fourteen miners were injured in Monday's stope collapse at the Velenje coal mine, the only active coal mine in the country, but they managed to get out of the pit by themselves. They sustained only light injuries and are recovering at home, Janez Rošer, director general of mining company Premogovnik Velenje, told the press on Tuesday.
