Delo says Ukraine's counter-offensive could be decisive
Ljubljana, 28 July - The Ukrainian forces try to present their yesterday bombing of the Antonovsky Bridge, a key supply route for the Russians in the Kherson area, as the beginning of a large counter-offensive which Delo says on Thursday could "significantly change the dynamics of the war" in Ukraine.
