Paper disappointed with slow response to climate change

Koper, 2 August - Pondering on the heat waves and drought that have hit Slovenia, Primorske Novice says on Tuesday that the worst thing is that hot and dry summers such as this year's will be nothing extraordinary in the future, while people are still slow in addressing climate change.
