Delo warns about Ukraine war shadows over Balkans

Ljubljana, 2 August - The war in Ukraine is too close to home to be concerned about its economic consequences alone, says Delo's front-page commentary on Tuesday, noting that attempts to put into practice ideas about redrawing of borders in the Western Balkans are not surprising.
