Stock market index gains one percent

Ljubljana, 4 August - The SBI TOP benchmark index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange gained 1.01% to 1,152.75 points in mostly positive trading on Thursday, which saw the energy company Petrol as the largest gainer (+2.67%). The drug maker Krka (+0.41%) was the most sought-after item, accounting for more than a quarter of today's total volumes of EUR 845,146.
