Paper comments on failure of digital literacy course project

Koper, 10 August - Commenting on the fact that digital literacy courses for persons older than 55 are available to less than a percent of the target population, Primorske Novice says on Wednesday the new government should not be pointing the finger at the previous government and should repeat the call.
