Delo says free school meals will not solve everything

Ljubljana, 23 August - It is almost blasphemous to speak about free education just before the start of a new school year, as the costs of school supplies are high and parents also have to pay for school meals every month, the newspaper Delo says in Tuesday's front-page commentary about two bills introducing free meals for all children in primary school.
