Ljubljana, 25 August - As the government announced it will itself determine the content of the programmes of services covered by compulsory health insurance, healthcare institutes expressed concern that the government could make arbitrary decisions and disregard the voice of providers. Trade unions called on the government not to reduce the scope of relevant rights.
