Battery maker Tab switches to single-tier management

Mežica, 30 August - Tab, a maker of lead-acid batteries and one of Slovenia's largest exporters, will transition to single-tier management on 1 September after the annual general meeting appointed on Tuesday three members of the board of directors, among them Bogomir Auprih, the current director and largest single shareholder.
