Court endorses General Electric's TEŠ6 deal with prosecution

Celje, 1 September - Judge Mojca Turinek has accepted the plea bargain that US corporation General Electric signed with the Slovenian prosecution in a case revolving around an alleged bribery scheme in the construction of the EUR 1.4 billion unit 6 at the Šoštanj Thermal Power Station (TEŠ) going back to the 2000s.
