ECHR finds Slovenia not responsible for UXO demolition facility deaths

Strasbourg, 8 September - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has cleared Slovenia over the deaths of three technicians who were killed 15 years ago at an explosives demolition facility in southwestern Slovenia, according to the newspaper Delo.
