German turnaround fund Mutares completes acquisition of Cimos
Koper, 14 September - The German turnaround fund Mutares has completed the acquisition of Slovenian car parts maker Cimos and its subsidiaries from Italy's TCH Cogeme for an undisclosed sum. The agreement was signed in May.
