Competition watchdog approves Pečečnik's Costella acquisition
Ljubljana/Kostel, 14 September - The Competition Protection Agency (AVK) said on Wednesday it does not oppose the concentration of acquisition of control by Elektronček Group over water bottling company Costella. The concentration is in line with competition rules, AVK said. Costella is being sold by the Swiss-based Agrokor in liquidation.
