No discharge for previous BAMC management

Ljubljana, 15 September - The previous management of the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC) did not get a discharge from the government in its role as the sole shareholder of the bad bank. The government said on Thursday that the board had violated the law and company bylaws by deferring to then chairman Franci Matoz for certain decisions.
