Russia is causing crises, Europe is mitigating them, Lenarčič says

New York, 21 September - Russia has made the global humanitarian crisis worse when it attacked Ukraine, and the EU is trying to mitigate the consequences, while Russia is trying to put the blame for the crisis on the West, Slovenia's member of the European Commission Janez Lenarčič, who is responsible for crisis management, told the STA in an interview.
