Delo sees Putin's latest move as admission of failure

Ljubljana, 22 September - By ordering partial mobilisation, Russian President Vladimir Putin has admitted the failure of his military strategy in Ukraine and decided to defend what he is left with as Ukraine gain momentum in the war, the newspaper Delo writes in Thursday's commentary under the headline War Coming Home.
