Dnevnik sees Russia shifting the war to "its soil"

Ljubljana, 22 September - Commenting on Russia's announcement of a partial mobilisation just as the United Nations are holding their General Assembly, Dnevnik says this is a slap in the face of the international organisation that presages a shift in how the war in Ukraine will unfold in the international community.
