Housing prices up almost 16% y/y in Q2

Ljubljana, 23 September - Prices of residential properties in Slovenia continued to increase in the second quarter of the year to rise 3.5% above the average in the previous quarter and 15.6% above the prices seen a year ago. However, the value of transactions has declined year-on-year, data from the Statistics Office shows.
