Analyst expects war to end as frozen conflict, with annexed regions lost

Ljubljana, 30 September - Security and intelligence expert Denis Čaleta has described Russia's annexation of Ukraine's eastern regions as "absolutely expected". Čaleta told the STA that he is "almost sure Ukraine will never really be able to reclaim these territories". He finds a nuclear strike unlikely, while he expects the war to develop into a frozen conflict.
