Competition watchdog okays purchase of Merkur real estate operator by Alfi

Ljubljana, 3 October - The Competition Protection Agency (AVK) has approved the acquisition by the Alfi fund of nearly 63% in Merkur Nepremičnine, the operator of stores of the country's biggest hardware retailer. Alfi already owns the retailer's core business Merkur Trgovina.
