Dnevnik says not much new in Bosnia after election

Ljubljana, 4 October - Commenting on the general election in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the newspaper Dnevnik says the same pattern is repeating there over and over again. The question of whether the forces that could really bring about change will strengthen is always left hanging, says the paper.
