City of Women focuses on Othering in Southeast Europe
Ljubljana, 5 October - Taking place in Ljubljana between 6 and 15 October, the 28th international festival City of Women will examine the impact of colonialism on Southeast Europe and take a closer look at structures of Othering and the intersection of gender and race.
