Regulation proposal on bad bank's legal succession unveiled
Ljubljana, 10 October - As part of preparations for transferring the assets of the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC) onto Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH), the BAMC must first prepare an audited financial statement before it is wounded up on 31 December 2022, shows a regulation proposal on the bad bank's legal succession.
