Court annuls part of architecture and civil engineering legislation

Ljubljana, 12 October - The Constitutional Court has unanimously ruled that a segment of the architecture and civil engineering act is not in line with the constitution in that it abolished the profession of licenced land surveyors to the benefit of chartered engineers.
