Extended producer responsibility discussed at packaging waste panel

Ljubljana, 13 October - Pros and cons of a new waste management system introduced with a new environment protection law were discussed at Thursday's round-table. Different views could be heard about the system obligating producers to jointly set up a waste management company to process their waste packaging, a solution known as extended producer responsibility (EPR).
