Delo points to conflict of interest in corporate governance

Ljubljana, 14 October - The newspaper Delo calls for more "staffing hygiene" in the headline of a Friday commentary, finding that even though welcome, changes to corporate governance rules that are being put forward by the government are unlikely to end the "endless spiral of staffing stampede at state-owned companies".
