Ljubljana, 15 October - The IMF's call on world governments to restrict emergency crisis spending to mitigating the effects of price hikes on the poor and avoid cutting taxes and distributing subsidies freely seems like an intervention in yet another clash between the keynesian school and the economy of supply, Delo says.
