Bird flu re-emerges in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 21 October - Slovenian veterinary authorities have confirmed new cases of bird flu (H5N1) in four swans in the Apače municipality in north-eastern Slovenia. Poultry and captive bird farmers have been warned to heed recommendations.
