Primorske attributes Logar's success to left's fragmentation

Koper, 24 October - Primorske Novice sees Anže Logar's win in the first round of the presidential election as a result of fragmentation on the left and the late entry of Milan Brglez into the race, as it notes in Monday's commentary that the campaign for the second round will be completely different.
