Construction of new male prison in Ljubljana starts

Ljubljana, 26 October - The construction of a new prison for men in Dobrunje on the outskirts of Ljubljana started as the ground-breaking ceremony for the EUR 73 million project was held on Wednesday. Expected to be finished in three years, the facility is to provide room for more than 390 inmates to replace the existing facility in the Kodeljevo borough.
