Ljubljana, 31 October - President Borut Pahor on Monday congratulated Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on his victory in Brazil's presidential election. He expressed his wish for Slovenia and Brazil to continue their good bilateral cooperation, reads a post on Pahor's Twitter.
