Guarantee Fund secured EUR 138m to workers of bankrupt businesses in 25 years

Ljubljana, 3 November - The Guarantee Fund, through which the state guarantees workers in insolvency proceedings at least part of their claims to employers, has paid out over EUR 138 million to 91,870 claimants since it was established 25 years ago to the day.
