Another claim against Verbund dismissed
Ptuj, 4 November - Another claim against Austrian power utility Verbund seeking damages for the 2012 flooding of the river Drava in north Slovenia has been dismissed by the Ptuj District Court. This comes after a landmark ruling in September that found Verbund liable for damages over the flooding.
