Ski jumper Anže Lanišek finishes second in Wisla

Wisla, 6 November - Slovenia's Anže Lanišek finished second in the men's Ski Jumping World Cup event in Wisla, Poland on Sunday, scoring 278.7 points. The winner of the second event this season and the first World Cup event held without snow was Dawid Kubacki from Poland (287 points).

Marius Lindvik from Norway (277 points) was third.

Four other Slovenians were in the finals - Timi Zajc finished 11th, Peter Prevc was 17th, Domen Prevc was 19th, and Lovro Kos ranked 29th.

The next event of the season will be held in three weeks in Ruka, Finland.
