Ministry proposing exclusion of foreign capital from Divača-Koper rail
Ljubljana, 7 November - The Infrastructure Ministry has drawn up a legislative proposal precluding foreign investment in the ongoing EUR 1bn construction of the new Divača-Koper rail track. Hungary was being handled as the main partner so far.
