Celje Hospital leadership dismissed over Sept patient mix-up

Celje, 7 November - The council of the Celje Hospital has dismissed the hospital's director and the medical director after the identities of two elderly patients were mixed up in September, resulting in a family burying the deceased that was not their relative.
