Ljubljana, 8 November - Delo comments on the US midterm elections in its commentary on Tuesday, saying most opinion polls forecast the Republicans will take majority in the Congress. This might seriously hamper President Joe Biden's foreign policy, the newspaper says, indicating the conservatives should not undermine his support for Ukraine.
