President confers several state decorations

Ljubljana, 9 November - President Borut Pahor presented several state decorations on Wednesday, honouring the Skala mountaineering club, the Geographers' Association and former Constitutional Court judge Franc Testen with the Order of Merit. Historians Zvonka Zupanič Sever and Mihael Naglič received the Medal of Merit.
