Japanese cherries will blossom in Maribor

Maribor, 9 November - More than 20 cherry trees were planted in Rakuš Square in Maribor as part of a project to mark the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Slovenia. The trees are a reminder of long-standing friendly relations between the two nations, said the Japanese Ambassador Hiromichi Matsushima.
