Fuel price caps depress Petrol's net profit by 74% to EUR 24m

Ljubljana, 11 November - Energy group Petrol saw net profit decline by 74% in the first nine months of the year to EUR 24 million as a result of fuel price administration, even as sales revenue grew by 128% to EUR 7 billion due to high fuel prices. Earnings before income tax, depreciation and amortisation dropped by 44% to EUR 98.3 million.
