State ordered to repay cheat's debt
Ljubljana, 11 November - The Supreme Court has ordered the state to pay damages to a lender who was cheated by a borrower who used a fake ID card that he was issued by official authorities which failed to identify him properly, the tabloid Slovenske Novice reports.
