Pirc Musar explains statement on minority rights in Austria

Trieste, 17 November - President-elect Nataša Pirc Musar has issued an explanation of a statement she has made regarding the current state of minority rights in Austria, which upset the National Council of Carinthian Slovenians (NSKS), an umbrella organisation of the local Slovenian minority. She said she meant no harm.
