Committee backs no amendments to 2024 budget

Ljubljana, 18 November - The parliamentary Finance Committee endorsed on Friday the 2024 budget proposal, while rejecting the opposition-proposed amendments aiming to redistribute some EUR 688 million in budget funds. The 2023 budget proposal will be discussed by the committee on Saturday before both proposals are put to a vote at the National Assembly next week.
