Koper, 19 November - The newspaper Primorske Novice is critical in its commentary on Saturday of the changes to the elderly care legislation passed by the previous government, which the new government wants to delay by a year to make necessary improvements. However, the paper worries that it would take much longer than a year or that the changes will be undone.
