Budget for 2023 ready for plenary

Ljubljana, 19 November - The Finance Committee discussed the 2023 budget on Saturday, readying the document for a plenary session on Monday. The document increases spending over its initial draft by 25%, above all on the account of a substantial budget reserve. The opposition finds expenditure too high.
