Upper chamber head surprised by calls for body's abolishment

Ljubljana, 19 November - National Council President Alojz Kovšca believes the upper chamber has done a good job in its most recent term. He told the STA in the week before the start of the three-day election that councillors were very active and successful, therefore he is surprised about the resurfacing of ideas that the upper chamber should be abolished.
