NGOs lament lack of political will for serious climate action

Ljubljana, 20 November - Slovenian environmental NGOs welcomed on Sunday the agreement on a fund for climate loss and damage for developing countries reached at the UN climate talks in Egypt. But they said there was still too few measures to reduce emissions despite the renewed pledge to keep global warming at 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial levels.
